The clinical visit report shows you a list of all clinical visits.
- You can filter clinical visits using the account number or other search criteria like from date and to date, provider, visit # or signed off status.
- The clinical visits report will include visit #, visit date, account #, patient, template, visit provider, plan, visit status, bill status and signed off by.
- You can also export the clinical visit report as an excel file.

- Automated daily activities are system functions that are automated and performed daily.
- To do billing activities are activities that are to be performed by the user.

The charge listing tab is where you can view all charge details.
- Charges can be filtered by date of service, charge#, visit#, account number or patient name.
- Selecting the charge number will give you the ability to view the specific charge detail.

Learn how to navigate the calendar in Practice EHR
In the calendar tab you can review and manage your practice’s schedule.
- See the provider’s schedule by day, week or month as well as the scheduled appointment time, location, patient name, reason for visit, insurance plan/copay information, call response, comments and status.
- The calendar is color coded to easily see availability. Status colors include: yellow (blocked), green (booked), orange (overbooked) and white (open).
- To schedule a new appointment, hover over the blue arrow icon and select “Book Appointment” or “Book from Waitlist”, then fill in the reason for the visit and other appointment details. To save, click the green “Create Appointment” button.
- When hovering over the blue arrow icon for an existing appointment, you can also select the patient, get appointment details, check eligibility, cut/paste to reschedule the patient or book appointment.

Use the search feature in scheduling to update your availability for a certain day/time. This allows you to update your calendar for holidays, unexpected closures, etc. without having to change the office hours you have set on your provider schedule.
- The calendar is color coded to easily see availability. Status colors include: yellow (blocked), green (booked), red (full), orange (overbooked) and white (open).
- The user can choose multiple search filters in order to filter the appointments, including by provider, location, from date and time and/or to date and time.
- After filtering appointments, the user can see the schedule broken down into 15 minute increments to quickly block a time, unblock a time or change location.

The scheduling wait list provides a list of patients who have requested appointments on the patient portal.
- Search all patients who have requested an appointment from the patient portal.
- You can filter your search by patient name, appointment reasons, appointment date, time, location and provider.
- Check-in a patient who requested an appointment online directly from the wait list.

With the Practice EHR financial tab you can quickly access and manage patient financial details.
- View plan and patient balances, aging and patient statement details such as when the last payment was made by the patient and the amount.
- View previous statements that were sent to the patient. Click the print date hyperlink to see what visits and date of services were included in the statement that was sent to the patient.
- See patient financial details by visit under the visits tab. Use the “Patient Payment” button to record patient payment.
- Use the “Ledger” button to check ledger details related to the selected patient and print to help reconcile your patient financials.

- “New patient” and “Search” buttons are always available at the top right side for you to quickly create a new patient and search your patient database.
- Mandatory fields are marked with a red dot. You’ll need to enter data into these fields in order to register a new patient and save.
- Save important information such as patient primary race, secondary race, ethnicity and preferred language.
- More information such as advance directive, patient family members, patient referring provider and preferred and other pharmacy can be added.
- Under the update patient demographic tab, click on the settings icon to print and customize patient letters, print patient demographics, access patient history and manage portal settings.

In the demographic tab, you can add providers that have referred a patient to your practice to the patient’s chart.
- View a list of your referring providers and add them to a patient’s chart.
- To search for a referring provider, click the magnifying glass icon. Enter search details or just click the green “Search” button to pull a full list of providers.
- To add the referring provider to the patient’s chart click on the blue hyperlink.
- To add a new referring provider who is not in your system, click on the “Add New” button.
